Carbide bits
The working part of the cutters is made of the best particularly resistant fine-grained hard (tungsten-carbide) alloy. It undergoes a specially developed technological isostatic process of structure compaction and property change, which increases the wear resistance of the cutting edge of the tool to the maximum value.
Cutters with a working part diameter of 2.3 mm are made of a solid billet of tungsten-carbide alloy. Cutters with a working part diameter above 2.3 mm are welded.
The reliable welded connection and the special design of the transition of the working part into the shank create a zone of increased reliability.
Perfect alignment combined with high bending strength prevents tool runout on the working surface.
Total control of the entire production process ensures that each individual tool is of a quality adequate to the highest technical requirements.
